There will be changes in operation of public transport, parking lots and customer service centres during Christmas holidays
Public transport (trams, trolleybuses, buses)
On December 24, 25 and 26 the public transport in Riga will run according to the holiday schedule.
Those passengers who have bought monthly tickets for working days should take into account that on December 26, which is a holiday, these tickets will not be valid in public transport.
Customer service centres
On December 23 the customer service centre at Brīvības Street 49/53 will be open from 8:00 till 17:00, but the other six customer service centre will be open as usually on working days, i.e. till 19:00. On the holiday eve legal persons will be served in the customer service centre at Brīvības Street 191 from 8:00 till 12:00.
On December 24, 25 and 26 all customer service centres will be closed.
Parking lots
On December 24, 25 and 26 parking lots served by „Rīgas satiksme” will be available free of charge, except for the underground parking lot at K.Valdemāra Street 5a, where parking services will be charged for according to the effective tariffs.
Minibuses, night transport
On December 24, 25 and 26 minibuses will be running according to Sunday’s schedule.
Night transport will be provided in the night of December 23/24 and December 24/25.
